The Early Days
I still remember my first day at the software company—tie too tight, palms sweating, and that awkward energy of someone who had no idea what they were doing… yet. I was the new sales guy. No fancy title. No secret sauce. Just a headset, a quota, and a list of leads colder than a Canadian winter.
Learning the Ropes
In that high-pressure world of targets and tight deadlines, I learned what actually moves people to say yes. I saw firsthand the difference between pushy sales and persuasive service. That lesson stuck with me. But I wasn’t content just closing deals. I wanted to build something.
The Curiosity That Fueled Growth
While everyone else clocked out, I stayed curious—studying the marketing team, soaking in how they created demand, ran SEO campaigns, launched ads, and built funnels. I was obsessed. Eventually, I jumped ship and landed my first role as a Marketing Manager. From there, I leveled up to Head of SEO—leading strategy, mentoring a team, and helping local businesses and law firms grow online.
Building Expertise
Over the next few years, I worked with 100+ local business websites and law firms, mastering the art of local SEO, paid ads, lead generation—the whole digital playbook. Every project taught me something new.
The Leap of Faith
Then in 2021, the moment of truth. Me and my two best friends—guys I trusted like family—started our own agency. No investors. No safety net. Just a vision, grit, and a plan. In just 18 months, we scaled that thing to a 6-figure agency. It was wild, intense, and life-changing.
A New Chapter
But then… 2023 came. I moved to Toronto, one of the most diverse, competitive, opportunity-packed cities in the world. And I knew—it was time to build again. This time, from scratch. That’s when I launched GrowMinion.
The Vision Behind GrowMinion
GrowMinion is a marketing agency built for local businesses and law firms—the real backbone of the economy—the ones who usually get overlooked by the flashy, overpriced agencies. My goal? Help the little guys—the minions—grow into giants. Hence our tagline: “Minion to Million.”

Life Beyond Work
Now? I’m a full-stack marketer by day… a local club footballer and massive football fan by weekend… and a proud cat dad to Ghontu—named after the little bell he wore when I found him.
